Please log out of S12 Solutions on all devices including the website and phone app if you are able to:

Please close all open tabs on your browser

On Chrome:
Access Settings: Click the three dots (More) in the top right corner of the browser window to open the Chrome menu.
Navigate to Delete Browsing data from the dropdown menu.
Choose Time Range: All time.
Select Cache: Check the box next to "Cached images and files". 
Select Cookies: Check the box next to "Cookies and other site data"
Clear Data: Click the "Clear data" button to remove the selected data. 

Before logging back in please uninstall the app from your phone, turn your phone off and on, and then reinstall the app. 

Please log back in.
